Security Title Corporation (“STC”) is an independently-owned, full service escrow and title Company licensed to do business in the State of Hawaii. Our knowledgeable staff (“family of employees”) will provide you with excellent service and accurate information to close your purchase and mortgage refinance transactions on time. STC began business back in 1963 and is one of the oldest title and escrow companies in the State. Security Title is a policy issuing agent for one of the nations leading national title underwriters Stewart Title Guaranty Company. The Company is an affiliate member of various Board of Realtors and mortgage association trade groups. The Company’s mission is to provide the best home purchase and mortgage refinance experience to all customers by delivering fast and precise title and escrow services & products. The Company’s escrow and title officers average over 25 years+ of experience each in the industry and can quickly process the following types of real estate and mortgage loan orders: Residential and commercial sale/purchase contract transactions
Security Title also issues Title Prelim Reports (Commitment for Title Insurance), Extended Title Insurance Policies, Junior Loan Policies and Litigation Guarantee Reports. Security Title is located in Downtown Honolulu but is able to process real estate transactions throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The Company will provide pickup and delivery service to its Oahu customers and uses overnight delivery services for out-of-state signings. STC can also provide electronic delivery of all escrow and title closing documents via E-Mail attachments. The Company offers competitive escrow and title closing cost fees. STC also has an exchange subsidiary (S.T. Exchange, Inc.) to help facilitate 1031 delayed exchange transactions. S.T. Exchange staff will prepare basic exchange documents as part of our fee or you can have your exchange attorney or CPA prepare applicable exchange documents and designate S.T. Exchange as your facilitator. S.T. Exchange’s fees are very competitive. Security Title also partners with our realtor and loan officer clientele to prepare various marketing promotional pieces to help you build your business. Mailing lists, color postcard mailers, promotional flyers and open house fact sheets are some of the marketing tools that we can help our clients with. STC’s staff can also provide transaction coordination services to include contract timelines and scheduling with survey and termite inspection report vendors. At the close of a real estate transaction, Security Title can provide our valued customers with an individual CD-ROM to include important documentation from their transaction.
