ESCROW FEES listed in this schedule reflect charges for ordinary transactions. Additional fees may be charged commensurate with the services rendered. Unless otherwise instructed, escrow fees are usually divided equally between Seller and Buyer. Escrow includes all of the services of a person(s) skilled in the performance of the many details required to quickly and safely close a real estate transaction. As an independent third party, escrow provides one central place where all funds and documents are deposited and supervised until all conditions of the contract are met.

SATISFACTION OF AGREEMENT OF SALE
Satisfaction of Agreement of Sale fees are based on the balance owing at the time escrow is opened. The minimum fee shall not be less than $350.00.

LEASEHOLD/CONDOMIMIUM/COOPERATIVES
Add $50.00 for condominium and cooperative transactions and an additional $50.00 for leasehold transactions.

REFINANCING A MORTGAGE
There is a minimum fee of $350.00 to refinance a mortgage.

SUBDIVISION/PROJECT RATES
Special contract rates are available. Call an Escrow or Title Officer for more information. Escrow fees are subject to applicable State of Hawaii General Excise Tax. STC reserves the right to refuse certain transactions. Fees are subject to change.
